XIQ-SE upgrade from 24.7.11.22 to 24.10.10.70 Failed

I installed a new VM using ExtremeCloudIQSiteEngine_64bit.24.7.11.22-Medium.ova and did the data base migration from ver 24.2 and everything worked fine.

I tried to upgrade to the new version 24.10.10.70 using ExtremeCloudIQSiteEngine_24.10.10.70_64bit_install.bin and the upgrade failed.

I tried to run the upgrade again and now I am getting an error that says I am trying to upgrade from a 32 bit system to a 64 bit system which seems impossible. See attached screen cap. My VM ware says the guest operating system is Ubuntu Linux (64-bit)

Is there a way to fix this or roll back the upgrade?

Please try the .bin-based upgrade again with the --force (or -force) option. If that fails, do you have a snapshot of the VM pre-upgrade attempt to revert to?

I tried the --force option and that did not work. I am still getting the 32-bit error. I do not have a snapshot of the VM pre-upgrade to revert to.
