Onboarding XIQ-SE via a proxy server

Hello,

I have a customer that wishes to onboard XIQ-SE to Cloud IQ via a proxy server. During installation there is the option to click Advanced and enter proxy information.

Is the VIQ ID the CUID or the VIQ Name?

Where does the One Time Password come from (I presume in XIQ but how is this generated)?

Hello Rob.

You can obtain your VIQ by logging into XIQ and then clicking on your userID top-right and selecting About ExtremeCloud IQ. The VIQ will be listed there.

The OTP applies to 2FA (two factor authentication). If you do not have Google Authenticator enabled in XIQ, the OTP does not apply.
