Xiq-se and switches Alcatel

Good Morning,

Customer with 5 sites and 40 switches Alcatel and 20 Extremenetworks 4220.

On site where there are not Extreme switches I have a map but I do not have a link between switches.

Do you have experience with these switches ? are there compatibile with Xiq-SE ?

Hi Giuseppe,

Please be sure, if you have LLDP enabled on uplink ports between switches.

Thanks, I hace checked and lldp is active on uplink.

I can create manually but after some time ( minutes ) the link disappear from webpage 😞

Can you see LLDP neighbors on other side of the links?

Yes, If I connect direactly to the Alcatel switches I am able to see LLDP information, Only Xiq-SE MAP does not see LLDP neighboor. 😞
