Page not found after logging into XIQ-SE

Hello Community,

Upgraded to 24.7.10.52 for both XIQ-SE and NAC's. I could log into XIQ-SE and did so a number of times. Now, after logging in, I have a page cannot be found please see below with security check in the web address. Any help with this please?

Hello,

I would recommend a case with GTAC to investigate.

It would be good to look at the status of the nsserver service and any errors in the /usr/local/Extreme_Networks/NetSight/appdata/logs/server.log

The response indicates the server service is likely up, but not in a good state.

Have you attempted to restart the service?

systemctl restart nsserver

@Ryan_Yacobucci - thanks for the email. Yes, the services were restarted and the logs checked. GTAC advised updating to v25.08.13.02. This has resolved the issue.
