Maybe someone here has a copy of the IDM &amp;amp; NS guide you're looking for and can share it with you until this gets resolved.&lt;BR /&gt;

In the meantime, you might find some useful information in the Extreme Networks Jumpstart guide, mentioned here:&lt;BR /&gt;
