This file is no longer available from it's link even when we are logged into the support portal.

Thanks for pointing this out. I'll see if I can get a new link and have the post updated with it.
Maybe someone here has a copy of the IDM & NS guide you're looking for and can share it with you until this gets resolved.

In the meantime, you might find some useful information in the Extreme Networks Jumpstart guide, mentioned here:

Unfortunately that document points you to The Hub to pick up the one you're asking about... D'oh! I'll also have to see about getting that cleaned up in the guide.
