Hi,

When I try to backup controllers configuration via XMC (ver. 8.1.5.22) I get the following error:

Archive Save Management Center Archive: (192.168.10.122) Version Stamp: Nov 1, 2018 3:54:29 PM - Configuration Upload script is empty in file Enterasys Networks Wireless Controller - SCP :

Is this a known problem?

Regards,
Hello,

Check out this article:

https://gtacknowledge.extremenetworks.com/articles/How_To/How-to-use-Inventory-Manager-to-backup-Ide...

It's a little old, but you should be able to find the same option in Extreme Management Center --> Administration --> Options

Let me know if this helps. I'll flag the article to be updated.

Thanks
Hello Ryan,

Yes, I checked the scp server password, it is OK. The error says script is empty but it is definitely not:
I think the main question is did you upgrade XMC to that version and it was working before or is that a fresh install / you enabled archive the first time.
