3825i stuck in channel selection on 10.31

We have has a number of 3825i APs get stuck in "channel selection" that is not released until the AP is rebooted. According to the knowledge base this issue was to fixed in 10.21. We are on version 10.31 and the problem is happening now, it didn't when we were on 10.21.
Also is there a way to set up an alert in NetSight to tell us when a radio is turned off due to this condition?

Turn of .11k or radar or update to 10.31.02

Hi Chris -
If you haven't tried the recently released 10.31.02, then that would be my suggestion. There was a fix placed to improve the background scan feature.

I think you mean that one..... fixed in 10.21.02

Addressed AP Multi-Edit race condition for Auto-Channel Selection (ACS) configuration that could cause radio to become non-responsive

The issue was if you used multi-edit the APs stuck in scanning.

Correct Ron - however, if multi-edit was not used, and this is truly the case after upgrading to 10.31.01, we will create a new KB to address this.

The KB indicate that it's fixed in 9.21.18 - is there a release date available for that version.
