I do not believe there is documentation that covers interoperability between Extreme Networks and Juniper.

Is there anything in particular we are looking to configure between Extreme and Juniper?

Marco,

I am not aware of such documentation. The data sheets do list a wide range of statistics and specifications for each platform which can later be compared to Juniper's specifications.
