topic Interface History Cisco in ExtremeCloud IQ- Site Engine Management Center

I have two Cisco routers added into my instance of Extreme Management. Both of them are responding to SNMP. I've enabled "Collect Device Statistics" on the device and "Collect Interface Statistics" on interfaces on each. RTR2's interface is collecting statistics, RTR1's interface is not reporting any statistical data collection. Both devices are configured identically, and both respond to SNMP and communicate with my Extreme Management server. What should I check/change to get RTR1's interface to report it's statistics? Edit: The other interface I'm monitoring on RTR1 (g0/0/2) is reporting statistics. G0/0/0 is showing activity on the router: GDC_EXT_RTR#sh int g0/0/0 ... 5 minute input rate 20895000 bits/sec, 2716 packets/sec 5 minute output rate 7776000 bits/sec, 2913 packets/sec ...
