    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&lt;BR /&gt;together,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;ich have a Problem with my Netsigt.&lt;BR /&gt;The Device in NetSight appears down but comes up on next status poll.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have seen a solution from GTAC:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://extremeportal.force.com/ExtrArticleDetail?an=000074989" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener"&gt;https://extremeportal.force.com/ExtrArticleDetail?an=000074989&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;And here is the Problem. In my Netsigt installation, i have under SNMP only:&lt;BR /&gt;"Maximum number of devices to contact at once:"&lt;BR /&gt;the other two options are not here.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;By Ping, all three options are available.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;What can I do?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;My Netsight Version is: 7.0.4.29&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;thanks.&lt;BR /&gt;Alexander&lt;/P&gt;</description>

just start with some more details.&lt;BR /&gt;
How many SNMP devices you have in Netsight.&lt;BR /&gt;
What kind devices (type EXOS/EOS/other vendors) are get lost, all or just some special one.&lt;BR /&gt;
Did it worked before or is that an new install.&lt;BR /&gt;

      <description>Hi BAstian,  &lt;BR /&gt;
  we have in Netsight 112 EXOS devices. &lt;BR /&gt;
  The devices where have the Problem, are all in another location (47) where  is connected by vpn.&lt;BR /&gt;
  No the problem is all the time.&lt;BR /&gt;
  But I think when I can change the timeout to a higher value can help me. &lt;BR /&gt;
