      <description>Please check that you do not have a user firewall blocking requests on your client system. if you do, you can find a port exception list in the netsight documentation. please verify (because this is from memory and I'm getting old) but I think the required ports are:&lt;BR /&gt;
TCP 8080, 8443, 4530-4533.</description>
