topic Netsight LinkUp/LinkDown Traps Continue to be Trapped in ExtremeCloud IQ- Site Engine Management Center

I'm having an issue with SNMP Traps. Running Netsight 6.1.0.137

I have added the LinkUp/LinkDown MIBs to all my Switches to exclude sending traps about link up/down notifications that appear in the log with the following commands

configure snmpv3 add mib-view defaultUserView subtree 1.3.6.1.6.3.1.1.5.3 type excluded
configure snmpv3 add mib-view defaultUserView subtree 1.3.6.1.6.3.1.1.5.4 type excluded

Having confirmed these are in place, the switches still trap the message to Netsight, spamming my Traps Log in the Netsight console.

Am I missing something?
