Hi,

the MDM provides to XMC information about the physical MAC address.

If the wireless device does not use a physical MAC address then such a device is not considered as managed by MDM.

The best option is to disable the Private MAC address for that SSID.

iOS 14.0.1 automatically enabled the Private MAC Address feature. If members within your organization upgrade to iOS 14.0.1, and enrollment within one’s Mobile Device Management is prerequisite to connection to an SSID, then this feature will break connection to the SSID until it is disabled.

https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT211227

Disable the option.

The iDevice will be attempting to connect to the SSID utilizing a MAC Address that is not imported/whitelisted from your mobile device management.
