That actually doesn't have anything to do with that second interface. You should check to see if the IP address for the end system was properly resolved and what state it is in.

Can you provide some guidance on what you're expecting to see?

The OVA ships with two interfaces by default. Did you happen to remove one of the interfaces? The installation script will look for both to start. I wouldn't imagine it would impact the operation if it can't find the second, but most installations that I know of have both interfaces existing on the VM, but the second interface may just be disabled in the hypervisor configuration.

Hello,

What you're seeing is the captive portal page. If enabled NAC will attempt to show any client the captive portal if attempted to be accessed on port 80. If you want to get into the Web View page to look at diagnostics you need to access the NAC using port 8443.

http://<NACIP>:8443

As Tyler as mentioned by default the NAC ships with 2 interfaces, eth1 is not configured but should exist. If eth1 is not configured this should not cause any disruptions in your environment, has someone removed Network Adapter 2 from the NAC VM?

Thanks
-Ryan</NACIP>
