      <title>Load License Unified Coms Manager</title>

      <description>Have had to rebuild my instance of UCM/COM ( Ex Avaya). I am then trying to re-install my licenses but get an http 500 exception report. See below. Any thoughts on what is the issue here ?&lt;BR /&gt;

      <description>If its a re-deployment then the license has to be re-generated as per the new Notice ID and IP address. Assuming that the IP address is not changed, use the attached file to extract the Notice ID. Refer Readme for instructions.&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
Once you have that open a GTAC case or drop an email to datalicensing@extremenetworks.com with below details asking for a new license:&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;OL&gt; 
&lt;LI&gt;IP address 
&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Notice ID 
&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Contract# or LAC (License Authorization Code) 
&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;

It was the server that was deleted in error and then rebuilt.</description>
