Good Afternoon

ExtremeCloudIQ.

Under Global setting is possible to configure a receiver to send an email when the AP goes down.

My question is : Who is the sender ? Where do I have to configure the smtp parameter ?

Thanks

Giuseppe

Hi Giuseppe, if you go to Global Settings> Email notifications (left hand side menu)> you should see a place to enter the “From Email”, which will show as the sender for these notifications. If you’re using the cloud based ExtremeCloud IQ, you don’t need to set up SMTP. If you’re using an on premises version you can do this in the Global Settings section.
