download page stays blank

Dear,

When I want to download the firmware of switches or even the wireless controller, I see the links to download them.

When I want to download the ova files of the nac or xmc, the page stays blank.

The same story with the demokit: no link at all is displayed. (I know my colleague can download all ova files and documents from this page)

I tried it in internet explorer, edge, firefox and chrome: the same result
Even on another pc it does not work.

Does someone has an explanation for this issue?

Can you please share a screenshot of what you're seeing? When I login to the portal with your account, it appears I'm able to download XMC. It is asking to complete the compliance check, which should be pre-filled once you get to it. Please complete the customer information form and try downloading again.

Ok retry,

If I choose for the netsight ova or the xmc upgrade or many others,

I just receive a blank page without a download button. I do not see a message concerning the compliance check. But for the firmware of switches I do get the compliance check.

This page works for me when I'm logged in as you. Both accounts that appear when I click download take me to the compliance check. Please go ahead and complete it.

Can you share the URL of the blank page?

Dear,

Clicking on the link you added, showed me the download button: so I was able to download it and to complete the gtac.

But for the rest the situation stays the same. For the others I still get the blank page.
