Help panel cannot be deactivated Extreme Management Center 8.5.2.6

Hello Community,

I have installed version Extreme Management Center 8.5.2.6 and unlocked it with Evaluation License. Now I have the following problem. On the web client the help panel is always displayed. If I deactivate it, it opens again when I select a new menu.

I have two suspicions:
- it is normal with an Evalution License
- it is a bug, I have not found anything

I did not find another option under Administrator.

Hi,

As far as I remember it should stop popping up once you add at least one managed device. Till then you can try to drag and drop the separator line max to the right so it doesn’t consume your working area much.
