Workflow to compare archived configs for changes

I am in the process of creating a workflow to email the differences between 2 config files triggered by a “Configuration Change” alarm.

The part I am currently stuck on is extracting the archived configs. The alarm variable $message contains the dates of the archived configs that are different that I can parse out to get the 2 dates, but how can I translate that to the archive structure and pass it to XMC to pull the configs.

Am I able to use something similar to “emc_inv.getConfigFromArchive” passing the $deviceIp variable to it along with the config dates?

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks
