Hi anybody,

I have different informations about the running NAC-version. Inside EMC shows me in „Access Control“ 8.4.0.116. But VM manager shows me “nac_appliance_64bit.8.1.0.52-Medium”.

Can I install on the running NAC appliance 8.1.0.52 the “nac_appliance_64bit_sw_upgrade_to_8.4.4.26.bin”, even though the update-manual described, no update from 8.1. to 8.4.

What is the best way for update to 8.4?

thats just a note/description of the OVA template that was imported

theres a command on the cli - nacstatus

Hi Anton,

thanks for your promptly replay, my cli show me 8.4.0.116 like EMC, means I can use the *.bin file for updating my system.
