    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Greg.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would try following:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;uninstall the java console webstart application&lt;/LI&gt;	&lt;LI&gt;clear the browser cache including the java cache.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;try again&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;</description>

      <title>Legacy Netsight Console hangs during start-up.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am running Extreme Management Center 7.0.6.27 and for some reason I cannot log into Netsight Console now. All other legacy applications work normally but during Console’s startup it hangs during this message on its startup splash screen:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;“Loading Device Tree”&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I’ve tried multiple computers but get the same results. Any thoughts or suggestions are appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
