topic E4G-200 T1 ports in ExtremeCloud IQ- Site Engine Management Center

Do you have to configure each port on a E4G-200? We currently have 1 T1 used (port 1) we moved it over to port 2 to check it out, but it would not work. Is there something that needs to be configured to do this?
