Hi, I was taking a certification exam in Extreme Dojo Platform when, I don't know why, my browser froze and the only way to make it react was to forcefully close. I could not finish the exam. I would like to know if this counts as a failed attempt, of the two allowed attempts. Thanks in advance!

Hi JPeter,

I’m afraid it is count as an attempt that was already used.

However, if you don’t manage with your second attempt (good luck by the way!), send an e-mail to learn@extremenetworks.com and describe the situation. There shouldn’t be a problem with that. I don’t know if they have the answers to manually asses the answers or something, but this is an exceptional case they would definitely take care of.
