Location of Alert Setting

I’m trying to locate a specific alert criteria, but I cannot seem to find it.

Emails are being generated en-mass by the following condition: NAC Profile=UNAUTHORIZED_DEVICE followed by an IP and MAC address.

I need to edit trigger/recipient information for this alert.

I have been looking through Alarms and Events in the Alarms, Alarm Configuration, and the Events tabs without success. Am I looking in the right location for this kind of alert?

This is for Extreme Management Center 8.1.2.59

Hello,

It’s likely the NAC Notification tools.

You’ll need to open up the NAC Manager Java client and then click the bell on the tool bar at the top of the application.
