I have an RFS4000 controller with 40 access points, the controller is added to the EMC to be monitored, my questions is how to make a heat map in the EMC so that you can see the 40 access points that the RFS4000 controller has added

You need to introduce XCA to your deployment to see maps in the XMC.

XMC will not get relevant data directly from RFS.

if you can't do the heat maps from XMC, how can I do heat maps with the rfs4000 controller since extreme consultants sold that solution to the client and now tell you that you can't or that you have to invest in something else you won't like
