    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can not see any logs in the Events.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The file&amp;nbsp;path is correct and I can see logs collected&amp;nbsp;in that file.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I also try&amp;nbsp;clearing the cache of browser and restarting the server but problem still remain.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My XMC version is 8.4.4.26.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;OS: Windows Server 2016&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did anyone have the&amp;nbsp;similar problem&amp;nbsp;yet?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Ta Wei,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;only to be sure (because I can’t see all of the columns) .       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Ta Wei,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;in addition you can check the pattern.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;please uncheck “Alert” and push “Close”.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;strange, I can’t add a “Severity” twice but I am using 8.5.x.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you do an upgrade of XMC? If not, the best way will be to open a GTAC case.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;For anyone who&amp;nbsp; has the same problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just try to change&amp;nbsp;the browser or reinstall the browser.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I swap the browser from Google to Firefox and everything is good now.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
