    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Miguel&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The problem is I cannot log in to XMC and I cannot open a GTAC case without those info. This is the issue that we are having we cannot log in to the XMC but the credentials are 100% correct.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any suggestions?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Kind Regards&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Nick&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Nick,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You should be able to open a case without serial number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you cannot via web, just call them.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Mig&lt;/P&gt;</description>
