We need the following to be configured in netsight

1. Threshold configuration on Interface capacity wise
2. Threshold Configuration on Temperature, CPU, Memory etc.
3. Grouping of devices
4. Connectivity Maps
5. VLAN wise consumption information

please share the document its urgent please help me

You'll need to start by enabling statistics collection at least at a "monitoring" level.

There are CPU, Memory and Temp alarms created by default. Go into the "Alarms Configuration" to make sure they are enabled:
