I am trying to upgrade my current 8.2.0.89 to 8.2.4.42 and I am getting asked for licence files for each application I would like to enable. I have upgraded XMC many times and have never been asked for this. Is this new? When I follow the link to generate the licenses it asks for a voucher ID which I don't have.

Can I just skip this step?

As per the release notes > https://documentation.extremenetworks.com/release_notes/NetSight/9035977-05_XMC_8.2.4_Release_Notes.pdf

4.1.1 License Renewal
Upgrading to Extreme Management Center version 8.2 requires you to renew your NMS license if generated prior to November 30, 2018.
Licenses generated prior to November 30, 2018 expire 90 days after upgrading to Extreme Management Center version 8.2.

Regarding the voucher - who generated the initial XMC license ? This person should know the voucher ID.
Thanks for the reply. I have contacted my vendor as the voucher ID I have says there is a license already associated with it but when I paste that license into the box it tells me it's invalid.

The partner needs to request a upgrade license via the support portal.
