Can a XMC hyper-v VM be converted to a Vmware VM?

Hello we are moving a XMC virtual appliance hosted in Hyper-V to our new host in Vmware, my question is:, Can be, or is safe migrate converting the virtual machines machines on hypver-v using vmware converter?

Have someone tryied this before?

Haven’t tried that before, but it is easy enough to spin up a VMWare host with the same version as the HyperV host and backup the database and restore on new host.
