    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is probably and hopefully an easy one, but having issues clearing the alarms showing on the root folders as shown below:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;FIGURE&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper" image-alt="9869b4e85556471099bdf3945f5b54e8_d9c888bb-66a0-4d46-bba9-f4c2759cfc30.png"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.extremenetworks.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/4662i3643A5129A00052C/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="9869b4e85556471099bdf3945f5b54e8_d9c888bb-66a0-4d46-bba9-f4c2759cfc30.png" alt="9869b4e85556471099bdf3945f5b54e8_d9c888bb-66a0-4d46-bba9-f4c2759cfc30.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/FIGURE&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The devices in the folders did go down, but have all now cleared.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I’ve tried selecting the ‘My Network’ folder and clearing all alarms, clearing browser cache, clear all alarms&amp;nbsp;in the alarms folder. Tried different browsers on&amp;nbsp;different machines and all showing the same.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I haven’t rebooted XMC, but thinking maybe there is an option I need to set or something else I need to clear?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Alarms happened over the weekend so have been a good 24-48 hrs since the original alarms appeared.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;XMC Version: 8.3.1.9&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
