Hello,

That seems to be a reasonable way to accomplish the task. We don't support timed reset for the ERS devices natively.

Thanks
-Ryan

I don't think I can schedule a reboot on a switch (ERS/Boss in this case) natively, but I do have XIQ-SE, and I think I can do it that way. It's just a one off, but since users use this switch about 18-20 hours a day, I want to reboot during the 4-6 hours it's not being used, and I'm sleeping during that time. 🙂

I think the procedure is on XIQ-SE, edit the reboot device script, and run it, saving it to a task (this process includes the choice of switch, etc). Then schedule the task, all of this in XIQ-SE, Tasks tab.

When doing the scheduling, I think I'd have to choose a weekly or monthly schedule, let it run once, then cancel the schedule.

Am I on the right track, or is there a simpler way of doing this?

Thanks.
