Hi,

Do you know if a nbi mutation for disable/enable or reset inline-power for a port exist ?

I found nothing about it

There does not appear to be. Using XMC/XIQ-SE I imagine this could be accomplished via scripting doing CLI commands or a mass Execute CLI command.

NBI call can start workflow. The workflow can use CLI commands or SNMP.

As Robert mentioned there is no NBI call to manipulate PoE directly.

I´d try defining a port template with poe enable and another with poe disabled and apply them here:
