XIQSE Upgrade problem V22.3.10.31 to 23.2.10.21

I'm trying to upgrade my XIQ-SE instance to latest release and hitting the problem where is gets stuck as per the screen shot below :-

BasePanel.Java:55 - Waiting for: Instillation Complete - Database has started and Server is Updating NAC Manager Database: Convert data from V22.3.10.31 to Version 23.2.10.21

I know I could open a GTAK case but wondering if there is any general help or hints first. I will try the last Major release in the mean time and see if I hit the same error.

In your journey to upgrade to the latest release (23.7.x) there are several database schema change including the one you're facing now. Depending on the size of your existing database the schema change can take an hour or more to complete.

Thanks Robert I will look at this tomorrow and report back for other users should they find this. Eventually it timed out but I had a quick look at your link and see there are things that can be done. Much appreciated.

Just to report back for anybody. I followed above and shrunk the retention, process completed in 19 Minutes successfully no issues.
