Radius auth with mgmt vlan

I have 3 switches online and monitored by SE. I'm running voss 8.10.2. The SE network piece is working fine. I can't get radius to work using the mgmt. It can't see the SE-control. I can ping SE-control using ping x.x.x.x mgmt. How do i get the switch to send traffic to radius using mgmt IP. I have not been able to find a command.

The switch types are 1 7520 and 2 5320's. The 5320's lose connection with the control server repeatedly. However, I can do a continuous pings from the control server and never lose a packet.
