I tried to back up the EAC server in XIQ and XMC, but the MIB value came out as Unknown, so it needs to be resolved

EAC configuration itself is stored in XIQ-SE database. Couple times I've restored EAC engines just using a clean OVA image with initial networking setup (+ optionally update default web service credentials using command: /opt/nac/configWebCredentials <username> <password>)
