Hi All,

Added a few new switches to Extreme Control.

I enforce after adding and then enforce after the auth/radius tool.

I unable to do the latter at the moment because the first enforce is still “Audit in Progress”

Doesnt give me any info on what the delay is, has to be +20 minutes as of writing this post like this.

There's no cancel option I can see to stop the audit either?

I’ve also restarted both NAC appliances (site only in optional auth/listening mode) but no difference.

Do I need to restart XMC to resolve potentially?

Cant find any info in knowledgebase for it either.

Any thoughts would be helpful

Thanks

Ian

Hello Ian,

I do not know of any KB entry. But the easiest way is certainly the one you already mentioned. Restart the XMC service. On the CLI with "service nsserver restart".
