I have 2 VLAN (default, phone).'Default' has the interface ip 192.168.253.22 gateway with firewall (192.168.253.1)
'Phone' has the interface ip 192.168.250.1

I created a static route 192.168.253.1 with 192.168.250.0/24 gateway but not working

Losi,

The network 192.168.250.0/24 is local to the switch (direct route). I don't see a necessity for having a static route.
ipForwarding is something you have on a full Routing Engines .. like B5 oder higher Systems .

As far as i know, the 800er Series has no Full Routing Engine und does not Support this Routing commands
