topic D-Down ports on B5 switch in ExtremeSwitching (EOS)

Have a B5 switch (fw. 06.81.04.0001) which has dhcpsnooping enabled with rate of 30 burst 1. Have few clients with entertainment consoles (Xbox and Playstation) which cause the port to go into D-down. All clients are autonegotiate at 1Gb full duplex. Any ideas on what could cause this?
I would start with the following article:
Why does a Port on my SecureStack Switch enter an Admin State of "D-Down"?
Thanks for the link and we have previously reviewed this document prior to submitting question. I considered the thought that someone may have experienced this type of issue with game consoles in particular which may behave differently than desktops/cameras/UPS/AP etc. Will continue to review packet captures and disable auto-negotiate on switch while hard setting clients to match. Thanks.
