yes, it returns an error that role can not be found on the device.&lt;BR /&gt;
remembering that forced the standard and switch roles accepted, but when I put on a port specifies denied access policy reports the error below.&lt;BR /&gt;

you should probably check both the switch and verify that the Policy Manager displays information consistent with the switch config.&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
The output of&lt;BR /&gt;
show config  should contain a policy section.&lt;BR /&gt;

Thank you all for your help, I ended up finding the problem. &lt;BR /&gt;
I suspected it was something related to NMS have not installed properly why not the default roles he applied, then installed a new version and it worked perfectly.&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
It's nothing related to software error, I think something happened during installation the OVA of NMS.&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
