I had a backup of the configuration of this switch from netsight. I received a new B5 ( B5G124-48P2) switch as a replacement. However after restoring the existing configuration to the new switch, it doesn't seem to function, because I am unable to ping it using the IP address. Also the other two( 2) existing B5 ( B5G124-48P2) switches in the stack have their power lights on but the connected ports fail to light up.
