1) TAC and OS SupportAdvance Edge Licence
2) RMA

Hi Andy,

The pricelist is available in the partner portal (https://extremeportal.force.com/), in "PartnerEngage" sub-portal for sales and pre-sales. Or via local reseller/distributor.
RMA is a feature imminent to warranty and service contracts, there is no separate fee on this. I doubt one could be charged for ad-hoc device replacement.

That’s right. If you are a customer, I’d advice you to reach local reseller/distributor/Extreme sales. Prices in the pricelist are subject of some rebates and profit margins all along the way so having this price would not give you relevant information, as Extreme does not sell directly.
