if I'm not wrong the A/B/C-series are under life-time warranty.&lt;BR /&gt;
I suggest to ask your Extreme Sales Repesentative (or where you normaly buy Extreme components) about how to RMA the device.&lt;BR /&gt;
Or open a GTAC case and ask them about this.&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
Have you checked what happend if you connect the console cable to a terminal and the switch boot?&lt;BR /&gt;
Are there any messages?&lt;BR /&gt;
