topic IP helper issue on secondary IP address. in ExtremeSwitching (EOS)

Hi,

Currently have an issue in that the helper addresses configured under a VLAN interface on the secondary address doesn't seem to be forwarding the requests? Primary address seems to work fine.

My presumption is that requires from both primary and secondary address should be able to use the same helper addresses under the VLAN?

Maybe there is some additional configuration I am missing, or its not possible?

The VLAN configuration looks like the following:

code:
!
interface vlan.0.30
ip address x.119.60.2 255.255.252.0 primary
ip address x.119.192.1 255.255.255.0 secondary
ip policy route-map pbr10
vrrp create 1 v2-IPv4
vrrp address 1 x.119.60.2
vrrp address 1 x.119.192.1
vrrp accept-mode 1
vrrp enable 1
ip helper-address x.119.0.140
ip helper-address x.119.0.200
ip helper-address x.119.64.71
no ip redirects
no shutdown
exit
!

Current firmware version is:

code:
S8-COL-CR1(ro)->dir
Images:
==============================================================================
Filename:     s-82203-0007
Version:      08.22.03.0007
Size:         17149613 (bytes)
Date:         SAT AUG 23 16:33:18 2014

Filename:     LEGACY-S-86202-0023 (Active) (Boot)
Version:      08.62.02.0023
Size:         18510541 (bytes)
Date:         THU MAR 09 17:42:42 2017

Files:
==============================================================================

Many thanks in advance.
