Hi community,

I have changed the authentication method to RADIUS, butI haven't completed the configuration of the Radius server so for change it, I need to connect with the console port but I lost my password.

How can I do to reset the console password without losing the configuration in it?

Appreciate the communities help.
What EXOS version is your switch running? This might be an option: https://extremeportal.force.com/ExtrArticleDetail?n=000008964

This topic was posted in the EXOS forum. The C-series doesn't run EXOS, so I'll move it to the EOS group.
Take a look at this post here on the community: https://community.extremenetworks.com/faqs-90303/password-recovery-for-the-securestack-series-5613281

Note that if RADIUS has been configured to regulate management access (5677), the associated passwords on the RADIUS server will override the local passwords. To drop back to local passwords, use the following procedure while there is no connection to the RADIUS server, then log in and disable RADIUS, then continue with whatever recovery is necessary.

Maybe this will help!
