https://cloud-wiki.rnd.ki.sw.ericsson.se/index.php/Troubleshooting_Watchmen/16A#Missing_alarms.2Falerts

In the above link I have found an example, where an active alarm can be created.

I am able to create history alarms but just thinking of executing active alarms :" snmptrap -v 2c -c public '' 1.3.6.1.6.3.1.1.5.3 1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.1 i 1002 1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.7 i 2 1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.8 i 2" will hamper the traffic or not? I

As per the guide, it will create an Ethernet Switch Port Fault alarm for port number 1002. TopOfRackSwitch in the MOC will be equal to sender's address. I was just wondering where can I see the details related to this port number. Ine the "show configuration" of the switch or logs maybe?
