Connection problem

We've purchased an Extreme Networks 5420F-24P switch and are trying to connect to the interface via putty or MobaXterm with the configuration indicated in the Guide:
Baud rate: 9600
Data Bits: 8
Stop bit: 1
Parity: none
Flow control: none
But it dont work.

Can anyone help us?

Hi, maybe it is the baudrate. Please try 115200.

Carsten is correct, the speed for these universal switches is 115200.

Are you able to connect the management port to your network and get a link?
