5120-24x Insert 1G base-T GBIC The last 12 ports are detected but there is no response

Hi Sirs

We want to connect a 1G base-T gbics to the 5120-24x for testing.
Then we found that only the first 12 ports were recognized and port up, the back 12 ports were recognized but no port up,
I checked the optics inside
10065 is "min. S/W rev. 33.3. 100M in ports 1-12 of 5120-24X and 5120-44X and 1G in SFP+ access ports and SFP28 uplinks"

10070H has no explanation

10338_1Gb "min. S/W rev. 33.3. 1G in SFP+ and SFP28 ports. Populate every other SFP+ port only"

So I want to confirm, whether the 5120-24x/44x only allows the first 12 ports to use 1g base-T gbic
