The last images release for theis product should be found here:
https://extremeportal.force.com/ExtrSearch#q=C3&t=All&sort=relevancy
I see that the release notes are attached to that location but none of the images.
I will investigate further.

The portal will not allow you to create a case that is for a product that has been classified as EOS/EOSL.

Phuong, I work on the extreme portal team. Very sorry you hit this issue. I can see in your screenshot that you are facing our no account association situation. Sometimes, when a new user registers they get put temporarily in an account/company called "No Account Association" and this causes lots of problems on the Extreme Portal as described in this knowledge article: No Account Association.
