Hi Philipp, you can find ACL rules limits in S-Series Release Notes. If that's not the information you are looking for, could you please provide more details?

Thanks

Hi community,

are there any overviews available for all enterasys/extreme switches, especially with the max rules allowed (not policy-profiles!)

best regards,

Hi Philipp,

Regarding max rules supported for both EXOS and EOS, you can find those information in the Release Notes.

Please access the link below and look for EXOS / EOS:

Hi Henrique,

Thanks for replying.
For EXOS i find what i looked for in this document http://documentation.extremenetworks.com/release_notes/ExtremeXOS/21.1.1-Patch1-5/EXOS_Release_Notes...

For EOS there is nothing like this, or at least i can't find it. In the release notes for S-Series there is nothing like how many L3/4 policies are supported or anything like this.

Thanks
Hello Philipp,

On the S-Series solution you may also issue the command "show limits" for a detailed description of the supported features and capacity limits available.

The firmware's release notes contain a table of system capacities. The release notes are available on the firmware tab on Extranet: https://extranet.extremenetworks.com/downloads/Pages/S.aspx

Answering your question the S-Series solution supports up to 57K rules per chassis.
